Hotel pulito e confortevole. Spiaggia a 10 passi. Camera accogliente e bagno spazioso e pulito. Se devo trovare un difetto... Le attese alla reception. Ho aspettato all'arrivo, perché il receptionista rispondeva a tel; ho atteso per un caffè; ho atteso per una camomilla di 2€ fatta in maniera barbara; ho atteso al check out. Ragazzi volenterosi e gentili.

Hotel comodo a due passi dal mare

la stanza a me assegnatami al piano terra non èra per nulla adeguata agli standard di un hotel da 3 stelle,sul sito le stanze al piano terra non venivano neanche visionate,la stanza aveva una finestra molto piccola,per non parlare del bagno con la cabina doccia e la porta di chiusura del bagno con dei tagli perchè in un secondo momento sono stati fatti dei lavori all'impianto elettrico,la pavimentazione della stanza presentava dei fori come anche i battiscopa e l'intonaco risultava ammalorato in diversi punti il sifone del bagno presentava tracce di ruggine. I proprietari sono dei ragazzi come me,gentilissimi su questo non vi è nulla da eccepire ma questa recensione e scaturita il tutto perchè ho soggiornato con mia moglie e con un bambino di neanche un anno allego le foto per adeguare l'hotel agli standard cui merita.

great location

The hotel is comfortable, nice, clean, All the staff (waitress, housekeeping, front desk, kitchen, maintenance) is friendly, wonderful, and always happy to help you. The breakfast is varied and abundant; the food in the restaurant is delicious, with a Latin touch from Dominican Republic. The hotel is located in Cassamiola, close to the port, next to the Polices station and bus stop, in front of the helicopter zone. The beach in front of the hotel is not the best; is a small sandy beach with a public area, and two privates “Lidos”. But it has big rocks that make it hard to go in, but when you are in the water is wonderful. One of the lidos has steps into the water. The good news is that with a 20 min walk, you can find all kind of Lidos and restaurants in Laccio Amenno.

L’hotel è adiacente l’ospedale ed è sulla litoranea il che lo rende troppo rumoroso. camera singola con bagno senza bidet!! e accessori in plastica.. la colazione è pietosa: niente frutta, 10 brioches (forse) e di un solo tipo. il salato inesistente. succhi solo 2 tipi erogati da una macchinetta. al mio arrivo mi dicono che se decido di cenare in hotel mi costa 20€ ma se le cene sono almeno tre il prezzo scende a 15€. falso! mi hanno fatto pagare prezzo pieno perchè le sere non erano consecutive... bevanda extra: acqua, quella rimasta nella bottiglia non l’ho potuta portare in camera perchè la direzione ha deciso così!! sono partita un giorno prima per necessità improvvisa e non mi hanno decurtato quel che ho pagato in più. unica nota positiva: il personale gentile disponibile. il portiere di notte è una vera enciclopedia sulla storia dell’isola! anche se solo x dormire io non ci tornerò di certo perchè troppo costoso per il servizio reso.

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo albergo, e il mio giudizio non può essere che positivo sulla posizione e l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, peccato che la direzione non abbia la concezione dell'ospitalità, l'arte dell'accoglienza, e la gestione del cliente. buona la colazione, e la varietà dei dolci proposti. Inversamente proporzionale alla direzione il servizio in sala colazione.

Le camere acquistate con sconti sono molto essenziali è un po' vecchiotte ma comunque comode.Non c è ascensore e ciò andrebbe segnalato perché potresti trovarti ai piani alti e magari non poter salire le scale.Personale gentile pulizia adeguata.

Albergo tranquillo in posizione ottima

L'albergo si trova difronte alla fermata del pulman che collega col porto in 15 minuti. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente Casamicciola. Difronte c'è una piccola spiaggetta. ideale per trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla.

Personale gentile e disponibile.Colazione con poca scelta, posizione eccellente sia per visitare Lacco Ameno che Casamicciola.La spiaggia si trova proprio di fronte, e ci si può accedere tramite il sottopassaggio, evitando quindi anche di attraversare la strada.

Charming hotel with excellent staff

Hotel Antares is located a short 10-15 minute walk from the pedestrian center of Lacco Ameno. The hotel is clean, bright, and welcoming and is staffed by a professional front desk that go out of their way to assist you in everything including transfer from the mainland to local restaurant hangouts.

Convenient hotel

Hotel staff are nice and helpful. Beach is right across the street with access directly from the hotel via an underground tunnel. Bus stops right outside--30 minute bus ride from the hotel to San Angelo; 15-20 minute bus ride to the Ischia port. Cabs charge 20 euros from the hotel to the main Ischia port. Stayed in a room on the second floor which had a large bathroom and two full beds. Good condition, large bathroom, and small view of the sea, though slight smell when we first got there.
