Hotel staff very friendly. Beautiful views. Older accommodations but clean. TV didn’t work but staff notified me of this on check-in, something that was just an issue that day. Bed very comfortable. Was quiet. Used just for an overnight but wish I would’ve had time to roam the area.

This is an older motel, but it is super clean and has all the amenities. This is our third year and will keep coming back. The staff is very friendly, the pool was pristine and the grounds were well manicured. Walking distance to shops, resaurants, bars, live music, beach and the view is killer! High recommend!

The property’s location is amazing. Pool area was fabulous. As for the rooms, I can only speak to cottage 16 and it was run down and smelled bad. Maybe the other cottages are more updated

Super comfy bed and quiet room. I don't think I have ever stayed in a hotel room with an AC unit that was as quiet as this one. We were looking for a place that was easy to access the Bank of NH Pavilion, and this was much better than expected. Nice view from the balcony right outside the room and a clean pool to boot!
