"Location is close to the Center of Rovinj but also very quiet. You walk about 150 m to be at the harbour line. Very modern building, parking close to the house. Our room was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay at this location and surely can recommend it."

The trip from the bedroom to the restaurant or the pool is a bit cumbersome, as the elevator only goes to the reception area, and you have to walk down the length of the lobby and down the stairs to go to them. No milk provided. Coffee machine sadly unavailable during the afternoon/evening."
