"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. "The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"Overall, the hotel is a nice place. However a neighboring business plays loud drum music all night (literally until 7am). Occurs every night and makes it impossible to sleep. Surprised that a hotel that is so pricey doesn’t include breakfast. When I asked, they told me I was cheap and didn’t pay for breakfast (literally using those insulting words) although that wasn’t an option when I booked. Finally, WiFi is very slow (< 5mb). Nice enough place but not worth the premium price. Angostura isn’t that great either. "
