"We fell in love with Little America Hotel!!! Right downtown, everything was within walking distance, and the city tram ran right past the hotel. This is a beautiful hotel....the view from our 9th floor was great....and the food was amazing. Loved sitting in the lobby by the huge fireplace and reading my book with a chai latte. We utilized the great workout room as well. We would definitely stay here each time we are in Salt Lake City!!"

"We booked a king bed room, which we did get however it was a handicap room with a messy shower that runs into the bathroom all over the floor. I understand the need for this but it wasn’t what I booked although that’s what the front desk said. My confirmation says otherwise. The bathroom floor was stained and had an odor coming from the drain. Glad it was only 1 night or I would have left. Staff was friendly but would not give us another room. "

"Clean and spacious and kind staffs. Breakfast low quality and I did not like the location"

"Was told I would get my deposit back within 5 days and it’s already been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received anything yet. "

"Hotel is a bit worn and dated. Bed was comfortable however. The breakfast was missing a lot of items and the eggs were freezing cold. We were there when the hotel was very busy so maybe they couldn’t keep up. For what we paid for the hotel room ($600) , it seems outrages to have a $25 parking fee as well."

"Kitchen was adequately supplied but the fridge was a little small. Toiletries were almost nonexistent."

"This guy lace is a DUMP! They tried to FORCE me to use a dirty linen room that had not been cleaned. These are FILTHY people! Go ANYWHERE else not La Quinta!!!"
