“I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Upon arrival, we immediately identified ants all over the floor, stains on the bedding and stains on the towels. Once we raised this with Pedro (check in agent), he didn’t offer any apology but simply to have a cleaner come back, no compensation and our request for a room change denied as it was “peak season”.
