Capri Laguna on the Beach
The gentleman at the reception when we arrived was very nice. The room was very disappointed. We booked an ocean view and it was not. It was a very partial view between 2 buildings. The room had a smell and we saw a cockroach in the room. The breakfast was not good.

Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton
Sheets were filled with mold and was told I’d get a refund for the night and never received it and when I had asked them about it. They said they never had agreed to that. Horrible customer service

Ayres Hotel Costa Mesa/Newport Beach
Staff was great, outdoor seating area was so charming, pool area was nice but we didn't go in. Beds were comfortable. The Waterfront Beach Resort, A Hilton Hotel
Check in was literally at 4pm. Other guest were able to check in prior. Was an inconvenience trying to have the children change into swimsuits without a room and luggage. Pool slide closed at 5pm. The room had a weird smell to it when checked in.
