Stayed 2 nights and everything was over the top. I can very much recommend Al Maha for a few relaxing days. I did my fair share of research and was well prepared on how it would look, but everything was over our expectations. Extra bonus for the breakfast, which probably was the best I've had at a hotel.

Was very good

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. Fast and reliable wifi, amazing breakfast (special thanks to Solange for the tour of the restaurant), very comfortable and spacios room. Friendly staff. But here you're mostly paying for the location. It's very close to the...

The property is in downtown and walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The service is five star. You will not find this service in American or European hotels.

My short stay was faultless, everything about the hotel was excellent, even though it was during Ramadan. Minor glitch, Crossroads bar had run out of Kirin draught beer, which I had drunk the first two nights, but they had other options, went for an Italian beer, which was very nice, and gave me the first one on the house. Room was perfect everything as it should be, no disturbances, but room kept spotlessly clean, and all amenities replaced daily as used. Breakfast was excellent with wide...

A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

Great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

This is a great hotel in the downtown area of Dubai. It is close to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. However, there were MAJOR flaws in the room. 1) There was absolutely NO outlets for plugging in the dryer or hair ironing in the bathroom by the mirror. The only outlets were near bed which was FAR from mirror or on the desk by the telephone which had NO mirror. Whoever designed the outlets in the room DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING...

Great service with very affordable rates

This is a great hotel. Lots of restaurant options. Very close to the airport but extremely quiet. Kind and attentive staff. Very clean. Couldn't be nicer.

Amazing hotel in downtown Dubai. Everything is just perfect. Very very nice hotel.

Every single thing about this hotel was absolutely amazing and I give it a 5star plus rating

Top notch hospitality, from the entrance all they way to the cleanliness of your room. Definitely coming back to this hotel. You will get nothing but the best!

A very nice hotel with exceptional staff. Sophia in reception is amazing and make our anniversary week very memorable. We thank the Address for such a wonderful stay and exceptional hotel and rooms. The sea view is incredible.

I been booking this hotel for the past 3 years But i don’t think i will book again Because the staff in breakfast area specially the manager and the staff in the front I had 11 nights ago and every time I go to have a breakfast, they owe me a trouble and one time I found hair in my eggs and I called the manager and he did not take any action And they have seated me twice and when I go back to my table, I see people on my table. It’s just such a mess.
