"The room was not clean at all and it smelled extremely stale like no one had been in there for months. The staff told me they would try to find me a “good” room after I said it was unacceptable. My response was why didn’t I get a “good” room in the first place. We ended up not staying and insisting a refund. "

"The staff at the front desk was awesome! We were only there to sleep and arrived late so no dealings with any other staff. Beds were very comfy! However, room looked like it could use a little updating. Carpet worn in spots and desk chair needed to be replaced or recovered. We arrive down for breakfast after the early crowd and there was very little left to eat. However, not a deal-breaker for us. All in all, we would stay there again on a short-stay."
