Staff was super friendly, anyone wearing a staff shirt that passed by us, always smiled and said hi. It really is the simplest details, that make customers happy, comfortable and returning! ”

“The property is excellent for many but almsot inaccessible for older guests. The stairs to the 2nd floor are narrow and difficult to manage with luggage. The registration staff was totally indifferent, not only not welcoming but making it clear we were a disruption. Watching us struggle to take the baggage upsatirs he did not respond. The room was fine and check-out was pleasantbut asw an 80 year old I'd hestitaqte to return.”
