“The property was amazing, the staff was amazing and so was the food at the restaurant.”

“We had a peaceful 2 days. Staff was great. My only complaint would be the noise from the remodeling of the lodge but we knew that going in. Stayed at the woodlands, rooms were clean. Would be nice if there was a couch. Salt and pepper would also be nice in the kitchen.”

“The hotel restaurant is the ONLY place to eat around the lake and it closes at 8pm so when we got back from fishing at 9:30 we were outta luck. There's NOTHING around here to eat, no vending machines, no pizza delivery, nothing. The stairs were being remodeled so couldn't use those. Other than that it was ll fine, small TV, rough mattresses”

“Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was relatively clean. Pillows on bed were basically throw pillows. Very uncomfortable. Shower handle was very loose so shower was either red hot or cold.... middle was not an option. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“They were in the process of a remodel. Not sure if our room on the first floor was completed or not. Some things looked new (bedding, carpet) but others were obviously very old. Caulk and paint around door frames was horrible. Paint drops on tile floor and paint spray on door handle. Workmanship very poor. Loose tile in the corner behind the door. “The mattress in our room was very uncomfortable. Everything else was great! Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Room was clean.”

“First time staying in Columbia. The location of the property puts you minutes way from most places you’ll want to visit. (Gigi’s is a MUST!) Overall, not too much to say about it. All expectations were met.”

“We had a flood at our house and had to cancel. We bought the insurance and was still denied any kind of refund. We love the hotel and the staff is always great but we will not be staying there anymore. We will find a different hotel as our daughter and grandkids live in summerset ky.”
