"I was so afraid of what our stay would look like from the mixed reviews. But our trip was 100% perfect. The whole family had a great time and we full intend on going back! Rooms were very clean- NO BEDBUGS! The waterpark was a perfect size. It is smaller than a resort because this is an old hotel with a small waterpark added on. It was not built that way! The views were gorgeous. Parking was easy. Staff was always kind. Life guards were so nice. There were plenty of chairs and towels. My kids enjoyed themselves a lot in the arcade ( it was spotless too). Starbucks available all day was great. Fromt desk got us checked in under 10 mins. If you want an upgraded hotel stay from the norm, this place is amazing. "
