Das Hotel ist schön und sauber, allerdings waren die Zimmer etwas eng, man hatte nicht so viel Platz für sein Gepäck. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann relativ schnell Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war auch gut, vor allem hat uns der Entsafter gut gefallen.

Great place to stay in the Lake Garda area! Clean and comfortable rooms , great breakfast , nice area with a pleasant walk into town for restaurants , sightseeing and beach , as well as a lovely pool and hot tub on the property. We also found the hotel staff friendly, accommodating and helpful ! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again !

Buon hotel con qualche miglioria da apportare.
Camera molto costosa ma poco confortevole a causa di un materasso sfondato, assenza di appoggi jn bagno, nessuno specchio in camera e un'apertura e accesso alla camera inadeguato con gestione complicata delle tende(suggeriamo una porta scorrevole). Molto buona e ricca la colazione e personale molto gentile e rapido.

Great private pool but not for light sleepers
Great stay, really nice hotel with great staff. We paid extra for the suite with the private pool and it was great for the view and the pool but it was disappointing that it also had a connecting door to another room that you could hear everything from. Highly recommend if you bring ear plugs.

The hotel is small but modern and clean and has beautiful views of the lake. The staff are incredible and have been so helpful and accommodating the whole trip; we would recommend to anyone!

A nice place to stay
Hotel Palazzo Del Garda & Spa proved to be a very nice place to stay when in Desenzano del Garda. Potential guests should be aware that the garden and swimmingpool both quite small thus getting a crammed feeling with many guests.

Nice Hotel with Great Spa and Service
On arrival we were allowed in the room early and the receptionist was very friendly finding good information about the hotels and services. The room was clean and well layed out and very modernised. I was impressed by how quiet it was and the green suburban surrounding area. The breakfast was a good standard with lots to choose and waiting staff able to help with requests. The main benefit of this hotel is the spa available (with reservation) to guests which was included in the price and could be used multiple times over a stay. The reservation made it much more relaxing. Overall, a great stay with good location and easy links to around lake Garda.

Außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Service
Das "Einchecken" erfolgte rasch und mit einer außergewöhnlichen Freundlichkeit. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem nötigen Komfort ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksangebot war ebenfalls reichhaltig und einzigartig. Man konnte sich in Selbstbedienung einen frisch gepressten Orangen- oder Karottensaft zubereiten. Auf Wunsch wurde jede Art von frisch zubereiteten Kaffee serviert. Am Abend war die Bar bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Der freundliche Barkeeper servierte uns perfekte Cocktails.

Very quiet and relaxing hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and gave fantastic recommendations on local restaurants. Highly reccomend and thank you again to all the wonderful staff! Will gladly return if in Lake Garda again!

AMAZING SERVICE!!
People working at this hotel, the reception and bar especially is exceptionally good!! This is coming from an avid traveller as I normally travel 12 times per year for work. Never witnessed service like this. So helpful. We were travelling with our first born (8 months) and it was perfect. Highly recommended
