We needed a night stay in the area and booked here. Upon arrival, the computer system was down, but the staff was very helpful in getting us manually checked in. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was no hot options, but there was fruit yogurt and some bagels. Overall, it was a good experience we would go back.

The refrigerator was useless -didn’t get cold enough and had no freezer. Had medication that needed frozen packs for so unable to use. Had to go out and buy a cooler. Room was nice Swimming pool was nice Whirlpool was great

This was a nice clean, albeit Spartan, hotel. The continental breakfast was okay but we also went to Starbucks next door. We only stayed here for one night before moving to a nicer in-town hotel, however, that was twice as expensive. So, if you’re on a budget, this is a good choice.

I did not have a good experience. I reserved a king room but was told there was a computer glitch and there weren't any available. Was unable to sleep as folks were running up and down the halls all night and rattling the door. The good- room was clean and bed was comfortable. But will not return to this hotel.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked great. Staff checked us in very quickly & was professional. We didn’t have time to use the pool, I didn’t see a hot tub.😢 Breakfast offered, bagels (4/5 flavors) muffins, yogurt, Cereal (4 kinds) coffee, ect. Everything was very good. We stayed in room 104, if you want quiet then try to stay away from this room. It is very noisy. We had killed 6 flys that somehow were in our room when we got there. ( I really struggled with that) other then that everything went good.

Staff were nice and polite. Before I booked the room I called to make sure that the pool and hot tub were in working order. We stayed near the pool, our room was clean. The pool area was not clean. The hot tub was not working. I did ask the front desk if there was any way to fix the hot tub. He said it worked yesterday but that was not true. As I was leaving the front area another customer told me that the hot tub hasn’t worked in five days. I turned around and asked the front desk why he told me a lie. He just looked at me and said well it was working yesterday I saw it. That just sucked. Then he told me that I would be compensated for the hot tub not working I said ok and that was also a lie. I have not yet received any communication from Expedia about a refund.

Really disappointed in this place. For a brand new building, it's in extremely poor condition and cheaply/ poorly built. Things are not finished and are falling apart. Staff wasn't bad. Pool was not open even though it's brand new. Still had to pay full price to not even be able to use the pool, which was not stated on the website. Considering it was a Hilton property and only open 4 days at the time of our stay, we were disappointed and expected more. They should have waited until the property was completed appropriately.
