Friendly staff Room was nice. Perfect for 2 people Hotel convenient to everything in town and block from lake. Only thing didn’t like is for 3 night stay had to ask maid for fresh towels everyday because they don’t service rooms if staying more than 1 night

Location is great, close to everything. The floors in the rooms were dirty, i heard another couple complain as well. Housekeeping was spotty, sometimes making up the room sometimes not. Pool was nice, plenty of parking. Morning coffee was good.

Perfect location, walk everywhere! I was a little hesitant at first booking a budget hotel but so glad I did! Room was clean, AC was COLD, on first floor and it was relatively quiet. At check-in met Moe who was very friendly and accommodating. You can not beat this motel for the value and location. We had a king size room which was a little tight but fit our needs well. Lobby/office area had great hot coffee in the morning and granola bars for breakfast. Spent 5 days there and would definitely stay again if we were ever to go back to Lake George.

This place appears to be undergoing renovations and updating of the rooms. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent location for our visit. Within a short walking distance to all the main Lake George attractions. There were a few minor room issues. 1st being that it was very small. 2nd NO towel bars in the bathroom and no bath towels on check in. 3rd there was 2 night stands but only 1 lamp. Lastly ..... the toilet seat was so loose it would slide sideways. kinda freaked out my GF on 1st use.

This was perfect for a short stay. The room was clean, but for some reason one of the beds in the room was missing a bed skirt (the other bed had one). The staff was friendly and the location was great for the area.
