"Room was clean with staff was attentive to needs. Small parking lot but close to restaurant, gas station, and known stores."

"Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator. The room was also not accessible as it had no grab bars and a highwalled bathtub. The room was also filthy. The bed was made and towels were put out but everything else was disgusting. The carpet was not vaccumed and had random sticky spots. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. The headboard had tons of gross substances stuck to it that could have easily been wiped away. The mini fridge had tons of crumb sticky spots and a plastic wrapper inside. The room smelled like cigar smoke and vomit. And every single surface was sticky. The nightstands were the worst they each had multiple sticky rings from spilled drinks and when i tried to move the lamp over to get a picture, it was so sticky that is sounded like ripping off a piece of ductape. I requested a new room. I was given the room directly accrossed from my previous one. This one was also not accessible and MARGINALLY cleaner. I slept on top of the sheets. Genuinely one of the dirtiest places I've stayed in. "

"This place is awful. I travel to Daytona every year and definitely won’t stay at this hotel again. I had to change rooms twice because the first one had a broken toilet and the second was missing the security latch on the door. The room I wound up in had musty and didn’t feel very clean. The towels were dirty and when I moved the nightstand to plug in my charger I found a smoked cigarette under it. The room was supposed to be nonsmoking and I have asthma. There are spots on the walls, the curtains were stained and filthy, the AC needs to be cleaned, and the fan in the bathroom was caked with dust. The door had a chunk missing, some of the furniture had clearly been damaged, and the fridge had rust all over the outside of it. The people in the rooms around mine were yelling all hours of the day and night so I got no sleep at all in the 5 nights I was there. I would have tried another hotel but I was in town for a festival and everything was sold out or extremely overpriced seeing as I would have been booking last minute. There were also children running around everywhere unsupervised. My key card for the room also kept locking me out and had to be reset multiple times. I feel bad for the staff that work there. At least they were kind and as helpful as they could be. It’s unfortunate since this hotel is in a great location and close to so many things. Now I’m sick from being in this room and even missed the last day of the festival. I won’t be staying here again."

"The entire hotel is need of a refresh. There are dirty carpets lining the stairs in the main hall, pet odor smell to the buildings, and musty feeling as their AC system seems to be older units. My room specifically had a broken tv, missing closet handles, paint splattered bathroom sink counter, and worst of all a roach infestation. There were roaches in the bathroom, crawling in the microwave, and along the walls and ceiling. I expressed my concern to the front desk morning after check in and their response was pest control just came in and it’s normal to see bugs after and said, “even I have bugs in my room”. I’m absolutely disgusted with the hotel and how my concern was treated by front desk. I would never book here again and urge others to book elsewhere. For the price I paid, I got a dirty room filled with bugs, a poor excuse of “continental breakfast”, and staff who didn’t seem to take concerns of their customers seriously. "

"Great location, great set up"

"Low cost with no frills, you pay extra for the kitchen utensils if you need it. The room was clean, staff would welcome me back every time I walked in through the front door. Great location! Already planning our next trip to Daytona Beach and we will stay here again."

"Very clean hotel and room. Right off the interstate so could hear road noise on the side where our room was located. The first night the elevator was down but fixed by the second night. Water pressure was not good in the shower. No hair dryer in our room. It was listed on Hotels.com under the room amenities. We were only there for a quick 2 night stay so I didn’t call the front desk to see if any were available. Would stay again for a quick trip. Close drive to Ormond Beach, Tanger Outlets, and the Daytona International Speedway."
