"This hotel is a complete dump. Nothing is what it appeared to be in the pictures. All the positive reviews have to be fake!! We couldn’t stay. Ended up driving 4 hours home after our show. DO NOT RECOMMEND.!! Avoid at all cost "

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"The presentation of room needed work i also found body hair on clean towels and bedding, toilet had a stain and air conditioner unit doesn’t heat"

"I did not stay because I had a problem with the person at the check in counter. I paid on Expedia and this clown wanted me to pay again as a “deposit” I’m not payin twice for a lower than expected smelly 1star hotel 🙄 so I cancelled and currently am waiting for a response. "

"It was a true joy to stay at this property. Everyone on the staff was very kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. Very convenient having one of the best restaurants and bars on location. Bar tender Leonard was fun to speak with and great at recommending new things to try…I truly enjoyed my evenings speaking with him and enjoying the drinks he made, THANK YOU!! I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity. If you aren’t able to, I would still try and make it out for an evening to experience the bar and restaurant. Well done everybody!! "I asked for a WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM AND GOT 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, TRUCKS BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE AND NON HANDICAPPED PEOPLE BLOCK THE ENTRANCE AT ALL TIME OF DAY AND NIGHT. THE DISGUSTING OLD MAN BROKE IN MY ROOM WITHOUT WARNING TO KICK US OUT ONE MORNING, AND THE NEXT STARTED CALLING NON STOP BEFORE 8AM TO KICK ME OUT IN THE COLD AND RAIN AGAIN BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT... Don't worry about the actual drug dealing and prostitution, or TRUCKS BLOCKING THE AMBULANCE BELOW MY WINDOW 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW!!! THANK YOU TO THE ONLY LADY WHO WAS NICE TO ME AND MY FAMILY, BUT I WANT A REFUND AND THE NUMBER FOR SUPER 8 CORPORATE OFFICE. I'M DISABLED AND THAT WAS EMBARRASSING AND ILLEGAL, not to mention LOCKING MY FAMILY OUT IN THE COLD FOR 10 HOURS JUST TO FIND OUT THAT I COULD ACTUALLY PAY, but it isn't easy AFTER MY WALLET WENT MISSING IN MY ROOM!!!
