โStaff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...

โTotally lovely hotel it was! Bike rental for free! Thanks to that, we could travel around beautiful lake. Very clean, neat and kind. Spa in the hotel was also for free, even 4 bottles of water in the mini bar were for free. Breakfast was also good(i've had over 10 hotel's breakfast during this travel in Italy, here was the best!) I wanted to stay here one more night, sadly rooms were full. If you want to stay near by lake garda, i would recommend this hotel!โ

โWhat a place! Iโm so glad we found this when searching for a place to stay when visiting Riva del Garda. 100% relaxing! We got a great reseption when arriving, perfect with the parking in the garage. Fresh fruit and cold water. The apartment was so perfect. Fresh and new, large bedroom. The sky pool is perfekt. Quiet and enough sunbeds for everyone.
It takes about 15-20 min to walk by the lake to city centre, but you donโt have to, when there are shops and restaurants just around the corner....
โExcellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasnโt possible); staff donโt understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.

โThe hotel was in a pedestrian zone but you are allowed to park outside the hotel to unload and load bags on departure. We paid for parking in an offsite garage which was a little walk away but doable. Staff are very friendly and helpful once you arrive. I had trouble communicating before arriving. Breakfast was wonderful with many options. We would stay again โ
