This was our third time staying at Lake Louise Inn. Perfect location, the staff are always so kind and accommodating, and the restaurant on site is amazing. We loved the hot tub and pool; everything was well maintained and clean. The shuttle to the lakes is available right at the hotel which is also very convenient. Well worth the money, we’ll be back.

Disliked: Amenities
A bit overpriced for an inn, the floor was dusty, even after they made our bed the floor was not clean. We spent three nights.
Food was great I must admit.
The breakfast kitchen staff were pleasant and made sure everything was refilled at the breakfast station
We loved our stay at the Lake Louise Inn. The property is in a beautiful setting with great views of the mountains. We love the restaurants on site and the location. The beds were comfortable and staff were very helpful. There is no air conditioning, but were thankful for the window and fan. The rooms are dated, but still very nice and comfortable. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.
The room was pretty average, but the amenities were super. We took advantage of the hot tub after hiking and canoeing. The restaurants on site were excellent—very convenient, as well.
I used this hotel as a base for a week’s hiking, and it could not be in a better location. I was in a suite room with a kitchenette that was well equipped, and we were able to cook most of our own food. Housekeeping was excellent and very responsive. Not the cheapest hotel, but worth it.
A beautiful clean hotel with really helpful friendly staff including reception desk, cleaners and the restaurant. The pool was a great addition as was the laundry room. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you ate visiting Lake Louise and the surrounding area and was a handy stop off between our trip from Calgary to Jasper
Staying here is an experience! I have never been to a hotel where you can make s’mores around a roaring fire in the common gazebo space. It was lovely!!
