"Neither the hosts nor Expedia gave us no informayion at all even though we emailed twice. The address given to us by Expedia was incorrect. We rang the bell at no.26 to be told we were staying at no 12. Luckily our Swedish driver helped us with communication and we all went to no 12. Who told us we were not actually in the building but at the back down an alleyway. Nor what we needed after a 24 hour flight from Australia. "

"Let me tell you, this hotel in Stockholm — great city, by the way, tremendous city — is fantastic. The food? Incredible. Some of the best food, and I know food, believe me. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud, a beautiful, beautiful cloud. Best sleep I've had in a long time, and that's saying something. The staff — unbelievable people. So nice, so professional, they treat you like a king, like a champion. And clean? This place is spotless, immaculate, the cleanest hotel you've ever seen, maybe the cleanest hotel anyone's ever seen. Location is perfect, right where you want to be. And quiet — so peaceful, so calm, total tranquility, nobody bothering you. But the couch — folks, we have to talk about the couch. Not good. Not good at all. The cushions, they slide right out from under you, total disaster, total instability. You sit down, two minutes later you're readjusting, five minutes later you're readjusting again. Sad! A hotel this incredible, this world-class, and they've got a couch that can't even hold a cushion in place. Believe me, nobody's ever seen a couch like this, and not in a good way. Other than that — five stars, the best, tremendous stay."

"Hotel is in a great location in Stockholm, the breakfast was a good buffet selection and great quality. The bed is really comfortable, the bathroom had everything you need. The room was missing a couple of things such as drinking glasses and a fridge (which you can live without). Staff are friendly and the service was efficient."

"It was a clean and convenient hotel stay. Breakfast was available starting at 3am, which helped for our early flight out of Arlanda. I would recommend to anyone flying early out of Stockholm. One drawback - the pullout bed in the family room was very thin/springy for our kids. they didn't find it comfortable and ended up sharing the King size bed with us. I would recommend an update to the pullout beds."

"Really nice hotel; room was large and comfortable, although more drawer/cupboard space would be appreciated. Hotel overall was modern and clean. Breakfast was manic despite there being lots of tables and serving stations, as the the hotel was busy and breakfast popular. Food could have been a bit hotter (as with most hotels) but good selection (apart from pastries - only mini croissants provided). Good location, 10-15 minute walk from the train station, 10 minute walk to the bus station (use the airport bus rather than Arlanda Express as it is much cheaper and takes about 20 minutes more). City hall around a 10 minute walk, with some nice restaurants along the front. Gamla Stan is 20-25 minute walk but a nice, scenic one. There's a metro station right next door if you don't want the walk."
