“No drink making equipment in room. Can get drinks from foyer, but quite expensive. Shower flooded the whole bathroom, which took an age to dry, making it very slippy.
Room was immaculate when we first entered, but you have to pay extra for room cleaning, we chose not too.
Tv wouldn’t connect, asked staff and their suggestions didn’t work either. Just felt like customers were an inconvenience to them.

“I knew that I'd be sharing the bathroom, so I was prepared for that. But what I didn't know was that my room didn't have any window at all! I found it quite depressing not having a window. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked here at all & I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have a window.
