Disappointing, misleading and ill equipped for hospitality. Leaving unrested, anxious and furious. The experience of this hotel equates to sleeping on a friends couch during a house party, but with better pillows.
Within two hours of checking in I felt entirely unwelcome and mislead by bluebird and asked to leave. I am worse off for having stayed here, and wish I just got right back on the road rather than try and get any rest here.
I work in hospitality and have never written a review before, but this is genuinely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will be forwarding more details elsewhere. The complete lack of respect from other guests and lack of accountability/reinforcement from staff with the failure to offer me a way to get out of this environment has been detrimental. I am very upset and will be seeking a refund. The limited assurances I was given regarding quiet hours (as the bare minimum) weren't even followed up on.
For a space that has undergone such extensive and intentional upgrades in todays hospitality climate, I am shocked by the lack of care and protocol in the remaining areas of this business.
I feel stuck in this hotel that I cannot enjoy or rest in. If I could afford to just buy another hotel room anywhere else I would. I paid a premium for a beautiful hotel that fell flat in every other category.
