Cleanliness, staff, arcade, food options, craft room, and water park all stood out! Big shout out to Gloria and Christian at the front desk, Michael (saw him in the water park and at the buffet breakfast), Alyssa S in the water park and all the housekeepers and cleaners. The pool was great. However, the temperature is a bit cold for kids. Some of activities in the pool was out of order at the visit time. The room was very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast option is limited and overpriced.
