위치나 숙박 자체는 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았지만, 직원 응대가 너무 불친절했음. 밤 10시 부터 카운터 직원이 퇴근한다 했는데, 세탁건조기가 동전만 먹고 사용이 안돼 밤 9시 반쯤 찾아갔는데 아무도 없었고, 전화도 자동응답기로 넘어가고, 다시 찾아가 리셉션 벨을 눌렀더니 지금 해결해 줄 수 없으니 다음날 다시 찾아오라고 함. 오전 일찍 찾아갔더니 2불짜리 코인만 작동된다고 해서 환불을 받긴 했으나, 친절하진 않았음.

타우포 여행을 순조롭게 도와준 숙소
타우포 액티비티를 즐기기에 완벽한 위치, 어디든 가깝습니다. 숙소에서 호수를 볼 수는 없지만 호수 바로 옆에 위치해서 들어오고 나가는 길이 즐거웠습니다. 안에서 조리할 수 있는 시설도 적절했고 주차가 편리했어요. 방음은 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

We loved it when we got in, but a cocoroach came out from out of nowhere. We did not really enjoy much after that. Hope the spa pool was inside the room as well. So many bugs or dead bugs in the pool

방이 넓고 주차를 숙소 가까이 댈 수 있다. 호수와 매우 가깝다. 유럽형 간단한 조식도 맛있다.

깨끗함 근데 좋은지는 모르겠음
그냥 일반 청결도. 사진과 설명에는 개인 욕조가 있다고해서 결제 한건데 욕조는 없었음. 대신 침대가 퀸사이즈와 싱글사이즈 배드가 하나 더 있었음. 생각보다 화장실이 너무 작고, 샤워 부스가 그냥 커튼으로 닫을 수 있는거라 화장실에 물이 다 샘. 그리고 날파리가 너무 많았음. 우리는 차를 타고 가서 어디 돌아다니기에는 불편함이 없었지만 차가 없었다면 시티 돌아다니기에는 어정쩡한 거리?

Unit was tidy and clean but quite small and dated. For the price I would have expected a bit more modern. Parking spaces were very tight for a ute.

Was close to town centre which was handy. Had lots of problems with the unusual door lock, was given room with no front windows and kitchen windows looked onto neighbouring bathroom and kitchen so not much privacy and room was very dark. Sign outside room was also for disabled persons so plenty of room in the shower which was good. Room could have done with a good dusting.

Easy to find location out of town but near the lake. Older style of motel/hotel accommodation which means bigger rooms but older fittings and decor.

The property was very clean and had everything and more that I needed. Was really convenient to the lake and shopping area, a little dated but comfortably and homely, I had a Lovely stay would return.

I tried to upgrade my room the day after if booked and paid, I was told I couldn't do that until the day of check in, I found this disappointing as i checked their website as there was plenty of availability. On arrival I asked for two keys, I had booked for two adults and I was told that this was not possible and gave me one key to share. I asked if there was another room with two keys and was told no, no trying to make it work for the customer. Accommodation and location were good. Receptionist not so much.

Good and quiet location. Parking in front of your room. The room had a spa but no instructions on how to work it. I couldn't use the 'bubbles' and the bath then didn't drain completely. Not a big thing, I had a good stay.

I enjoyed the stay. Very covienient. Lovely and clean , comfortable beds and fresh towels daily. The bathroom was very dated tiles and vanity chipped. The shower was old with a curtain. Plenty of hot water etc C

Master bedroom bed was that hard I slept in the single bed. The whole room is in need of a deep clean. Bird poo on curtains in twin room, black ring on waterline of toilet, grime in plastic track on shower door, ceiling fan full of dust, dirty kitchen floor tiles, grime on top of tiles around kitchen sink. I think places like that that are shared by many different people should be immaculate.

Safe, close to town and Taupo Yacht Club where we attended the annual celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles for 8 days, it's cleanliness is first class, staffs are very helpful when needed and looking forward for next year's stay here for the FOT. Very commendable.

The motel was presented in a run down condition with little ongoing maintenance being evident. It was dirty and the bathroom condition was one of the worst we have encountered. The room rate of $190.00 per night was exorbitant given the level of accommodation. We would have walked had a refund been made available.

Reall lovely staff. Breakfast was great and family friendly place close to everything. I have a 3.5 year old on the autism spectrum and having the TV and other dangerous items in the room out of his reach was a godsend! Will definitely stay again!

The property itself wasn’t bad. I only didn’t like how there was an open wardrobe in the bedroom. Everything was fine. My issue was when I phoned them. We had an emergency happen so had to quickly book a hotel room last minute (8 / 8:30pm). The booking was accepted. I then rang the hotel to say we would be running late by about 20 minutes due to this emergency. The person I spoke with had an attitude the entire call because their reception closes at 7 and it’s not a 24 hour hotel. I didn’t know this as the booking was accepted. She sighed heavily and everytime she spoke had a snarky tone. At some point I said I can just cancel my booking. It wasn’t heard and she told me the key would be under the mat when we arrived. When we arrived, the key was under the mat but the door wide wide open to the outside.
