It is disappointing to hear the room you were provided failed to meet you expectations, I note your reservation was for one of our standard hotel rooms which are by definition and are of course advertised as a ‘Sleep & Go’ type accommodation. We have 9 different room types to offer to our clients and with a little bit of more money you could stay in our luxury units.We take great care to advertise the size and compact nature of the units at 14.7 square metres which we believe provide exceptional value for money for travellers looking to spend the bulk of their stay exploring the lovely Mackenzie region. For some guests who have the habit, and/or the time, they may look at our website that you would expect to have the most accurate and informative details advertised and on the Peppers website and we certainly are very transparent describing the size of the hotel room. We do understand that not everybody sees or understands 14.7 square metres reference, so we also describe them as ‘sleep and go’.After arriving at the hotel, depending on the property occupancy, we are sometimes able to offer upgrade options. These upgrade options for larger room types incur additional fees as would happen in most all hotels. Before arriving at the hotel and at the time of reserving the room type, we usually have a number of additional room types available which present different options for travelers and would encourage you to select an alternate room type should you be considering a return to Peppers Bluewater.
