"Staff are very friendly. Property is under complete renovation. Room has no hot water, mentioned it to the front staff several times, I just gave up. Housekeeping was not regular, went three days with none. The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it. "

"The room was clean. My wife reserved a room prior to this stay because she had a seminar from her work. We wanted to stay an extra day, so I booked another room. We asked the staff if it was possible to check us in the same room so that we didn't have to pack and move to another room. The hotel was very accommodating and was able to help us with our request!
