Stay away from this place, if you have any good memories from it, it is all gone! Ownership and management have changed and now it is a dirty, unmaintained, overpriced MOTEL with a million dollar view that they are going to charge you for sure! Terry, the manager is a very unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and always sleepy person that has no customer service skills whatsoever, besides him there is one more other staff member that seems to be doing a little of everything, but that is not enough to clean the whole place, therefore you will find little surprises here and there like chewed old gum on the mantel of the fireplace, or food crumbs from previous guests, stains all over the carpet, dust everywhere. Plus, mismatched old furniture that they ask you to be gentil with (sofa-bed) or a “dinning table” with tall bar stools. They use a tapestry of a family to cover un repaired holes in the kitchen where a bar was ripped apart (the bar was between the fridge and the wall), the fridge had chocolate stains (I hope it was chocolate) and all the utensils were broken or dirty. Plus, it supposed to include breakfast but it ends at 9:30am, when I asked Terry where the hours were stated he said on his website and that I had to google it, there is nothing anywhere. Also, he refused to provide a copy of my bill/invoice even when the payment was done at the Motel, he told me to contact Expedia. 7 years coming to this place, ended now with the worst staying ever.
