The staff were so welcoming on arrival and informed of the facility and where everything was. The pool didn’t seem heated which was disappointing. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable to stay. Would stay again.

Not eco-friendly.
This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, not in great condition but the people are friendly. This time they serviced my room even thought I did not put out the sign to have it serviced, very frustruting as I try to be as kind to the environment as possible and don't need clean towels and sheets every day.

Location is awesome, view of the lake is great however the property is in need of a renovation as the property is in poor shape condition wise.

Was nice and easy to find, not far from the beach, the view was beautiful. The spa suite was amazing. The pool is absolutely beautiful wonderful stay and will be coming back again

The spa in our room was far too high to get into it safely and even to shower which was at the end of the spa it was very difficult to manage.

A lovely spot with views of the Lake. Fabulous bed, really comfy. Clean and beautifully presented for its age. Towards the end of the main thoroughfare but within east walking distance to main shopping area. A really pleasant stay

An older property that we chose as just passing through. It was clean, comfortable and cheap. We stayed two nights in the end and would stay again if passing through.

This is a nice small family run Motel on the Esplanade, which is about 25 metres away from the lakes shore. Very good rate and comfortable room for a short 1 or 2 night stay. Although needing some modernisation in places the bed was v comftable room vlean with excellent large shower, seperate wc and good kitchenette area.

Older style motel. Needs a little more attention. Bathroom tap loose and leaking, very stained dining table, air conditioner noisy.

Once I got hold of the owner I was unable to fault the friendly service, advice and knowledge of the area. Unfortunately the place was very run down and I had to keep the sliding doors open to freshen the room. However I loved the balcony view of the lake and the bed was fresh and very comfortable..

You need more blankets. Only 1 blanket in winter for a Q and S bed. You have to put a curtin or blind in the shower or to pull acroos the kitchen area to stop the outside light in room 1 if you need to keep it on for security. It lights up the whole room and i think i got about 3 hrs sleep. The management where friendly, but unconttactable at 9 am the next day when leaving. We put the key in the key box to go, and realising we left something in the room but called several times with no answer so will have to sort it when at our next stop. The rooms where spacious, well cleaned and lovely for a overnight stop. Only took off 1 star for the lighting and no blankets.

The shower was fantastic at this property and staff were very helpful and friendly. Yes, the property is on a main road but the noise was bearable.

Quite a good location- Motel needs total up grade. Furniture poor, needs replacing, light switches unusable, broken soap holder, doors draging, noisey, bed low, but comfortable. General feel of "Please do me up to at least 31/2 or 4 Star rating. Won't stay here again, would rather pay more for better outcome, went on star rating which was totally in accurate in my and fellow travelers opinion. .
