“The staff is so amazing and accommodating. We got stuck in town due to an "one in five or six year snow storm" and the staff was amazing about getting us booked for another night. The property has a bar and restaurant that was phenomenal. It's also right in middle of town so very walkable. Room was large and clean. Just an outstanding property and staff. Highly recommend and Deirdra was a wealth of knowledge about where to go for any and everything!! Five stars!!”

“Friendly staff, great breakfast, I loved that we had a choice of full Irish, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or pancakes. The room was really large, bed was good and comfy. We could not get the heating to work, but kept the window closed to keep the room warmer. Shower pressure was not great, but adequate.”

“Great property and area. However when booking on Expedia it says 24km to Dingle which was misleading. There is no ferry to Dingle and it's 114km by car.”

“Great hotel on Ring of Kerry. Very clean with impressive views. After traveling the morning from Cork we spent a little time in Killarney for breakfast followed by Ross Castle( Jaunting/boat) then watched sheep dog demo at Kissane sheep farm. Perfect full day which got us at to hotel by 5pm with some break time before dinner in Sneem which is adorable, then drinks back at hotel watching sunset. The water view is spectacular. Hotel was perfect location for rest and relaxation after a full day...
