“Beautiful old style hotel , family castle like building with authentic interior furniture, doors etc. Nice and big swimming pool with friendly staff.
Staff speak English but little extra English courses wouldn’t hurt- however they try hard.

“We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern.
The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay.”

The guy at the front desk, didn't even check names or confirmation number.. kept saying us bring him an official thing in English.. after making a call to Hotels.com service center and they called to the hotel and thing solved in a sec. Making a mistake is okay, maybe he didn't see the email but please be nice to the customer at least. We were very tired arriving at the hotel late, and stood at the front for 20 mins or so. "If you want a safe and quick walk from Termini Station, I recommend this hotel. Exit toward the McDonald’s side, where there are always soldiers and police around, then it’s just one street in. There’s even a bodyguard in front of the hotel, which made us feel very secure.
The room wasn’t too small, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the shower wasn’t well sealed at the corners, so some water leaked out—just a minor inconvenience.
The breakfast was satisfying, the smart TV was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
