“A great B&B. Very comfortable room and a great breakfast! Clare was very friendly and helpful. Easy late entry. Close to the railway station and the town centre. Very happy to find this lovely B& B and would recommend. ”

Unfortunately, windows covered w scaffolding and workmen starting on our 2nd day, making bathroom without curtains unusable. Reception unhelpful (blamed property company) until the last day of our complaining when they offered a small discount on our stay (but still didn’t cover window). “Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. ”

“It is a pub with accommodation upstairs. Has a good parking space. Spacious room with good bed to sleep. One thing I noticed was shower power was low.”
