โVery clean hotel, convenient as itโs downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didnโt have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and canโt believe how congested and built up...
โ10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasnโt very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. โ
โMy husband and I have been staying in this hotel for years. Now we have two little ones and we still stay in this hotel. Thereโs plenty of activities for the kids to do, thereโs a restaurant, and a coffee shop for the mornings. Valet is awesome! Honestly, the beds are not as comfortable as they could be but everything else is pretty amazing.โ
โOur stay was great! The staff was very nice. Every where we went was a 10 minute drive or less. Close to the baseball field and football stadium. โ
โBryan and the front desk was exceptionally helpful. I just had surgery and he was extremely helpful in getting a room for me and the housekeeping folks were quick to make a room ready. Many thanks to all who helped. In a world where awful customer service has become the norm, I am grateful that your staff assisted me much more than I expected. โ
