일단위생상태가 너무 불량이였습니다. 리셉션직원들은 항상 밝으셨지만 방에만 들어갔다나오면 그 밝음이 보이지 않네요. 침대커버에는 뭐가 그렇게 묻어있는지.. 살에 닿으면 자자란먼지랑 모래같은게..가운도없고 세안용품도 안보이는걱많네요. 겉만 화려했지만 속은최악이네요

쇼파는 곰팡이 천지였고 세면대는 막혀서 물이 내려가지 않았고 청소도 제대로 하지않아 이불도 대충 덮어놓고 수건만 치우고 매우 불쾌함. 방도 이상한쪽으로 주셔서 매우 불편... 나름 스위트룸으로 예약했는데... 다른숙소 단체관광객들이 속옷을 룸 창가에다 널어 놓으셔서 매우 보기가 불편.. 중국인 단체관광객이 많아서 소란스럽다.. 수영장만 맘에듦

청결은 불량합니다.객실수가 많고 객실간 차이도 큼니다.하지만청결은 모두 불량입니다. 객실이 안좋아 객실을 바꾸는 과정에서 캐리어를 분실했습니다.다행히 빈가방이였습니다.

외관부터 풍기는 좋은느낌! 그리고 수영장과 조식서비스는 이루말할수 없을정도로 좋다 :) 깔끔한방은 더욱 긍정적으로 생각하게 한다. 하지만 베개 하나에 묻어있던 얼룩은 잊을수가없다. 그것 빼곤 좋았다!

다시 가고 싶지 않은 호텔
제티포인트에서의 투어 일정으로 벨라비스타에서 1박 하였습니다. 사진과는 너무나 다른 객실과 위생상태를 보입니다. 바닥에는 먼지뭉치가 뒹굴로 샤워기는 헤드자체가 분리되어 있어 물이 바닥으로 나오고 욕실에는 곰팡이자국이 너무 심해 샤워하기가 두려워집니다. 입실할때 카드키도 작동을 안해 왔다갔다 하는데 미안하다는 말 한마디도 하지 않더군요. 밤에는 내내 옆방 윗방 소음으로 잠을 이루지 못했습니다. 정말 비추천 호텔입니다.

We booked 2 loft rooms and found them to be bright, modern and clean. It was Ramadan during our visit so the restaurant and pool bar were closed, staff gave me an ice bucket and ice and we bought drinks locally for the pool, in the evening we ventured out to eat as the restaurant was being used for Ramadan buffets, that actually worked out well as we discovered more and more hidden gems each day. Breakfast was on the mezzanine level, 25 ringet and was OK, we mixed it between the hotel and 2 other cafes as some mornings fancied and english breakfast. Pool area was quiet, pool was not salt and was well positioned with a great view of the ocean. note there is no beach and the ocean cannot be accessed. Like many hotels i'm guessing the Bella Vista is still recovering from the impacts of covid, a lick of paint is required externally but general maint looked good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall good value for money, loved the location but you do have to hunt bars, cafes and restaurants down but they are within a 15min walk and are good quality.

Aircon and water heater not working. Requested a room change but they claimed hotel was full. Yet bookings were available online. Hotel was clearly empty. Was offered a kettle in lieu of water heater. Facility was badly maintained. Booked 4 nights, checked out after 1 night. Unbearable.

the hotel is old and lack of maintenance. I booked 2 rooms, both rooms toilet is flood and in the mid night, the water pressure make the toilet have weird sound and disturbing our sleep quality. Not recommend if you stay long in this place.

We stayed at Bella Vista for 4 nights. The pool was lovely, breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel room was disappointing, very tired and old. Furniture needs replacing and toilets didn’t work properly. The staff were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures.
We booked a twin bed room but when we arrived at around 10pm the room was made up as a double. There is no safe in the room or at reception so we waited far too long for room service to change the bed as we didn’t want to leave all valuables while this was being done. This then unfortunately made us miss the fabulous local restaurant which closed at 11pm. We were really annoyed and had to eat at a rough place next door. Also the frontal picture of this hotel makes you think if you pay extra for a room facing the sea you will get a great view, NO YOU DONT! there are really high trees now hiding 80-90% of what could be a fabulous view. Breakfast is a shambles as many foods run out around an hour or more before shut down also cups, serviettes, coffee run out and staff disappear from their posts. The hotel smells of damp and is rather tatty, so don’t be fooled by the beautiful looking building and lush green grass.

Nice hotel!
The hotel is situated on the waterfront. There are loads of great restaurants right behind the restaurant. No beach nearby. Also there is a brand new waterpark next to the hotel.

Hotel Review
Check-in was fast and easy. They did not accept card for the room deposit which I had to pay $200 cash. Room was very spacious and big which was good. Air-con in all the rooms. The room itself was outdated. The pool facility did not smell all that great as it was next to the toilet and the water was a bit meekly.

ルームメンテナンスに問題あり。ルームメイクの方の問題だと思うが、タオルが配置されていなかったり、前宿泊者の使用済みおむつが放置されていたりと不快な思いをした。後ほどホテルの方が謝罪に来たのは当然と言えば当然だが、家族旅行ということを考えると非常に残念な旅行になってしまった。水漏れもあった。

The room was smaller than I was expecting, but my fault for not checking on the size. We upgraded at a bit of an overinflated price compared to what we would of got booking with hotels.com. The larger room was much better. A very large party of guests stayed near us and I would of preferred it if the hotel would of asked them to keep the noise at acceptable level, but they turned a blind eye. It wasn’t acceptable. Breakfast was good, staff were nice. Good location for getting about, but it is fairly quiet around that area. Value for money if you pick the right room.

Conditions of hotel
The hotel is very run down. The water tap of the sink is not secure and initially there was not cold water as someone turned it off due to water leak. The outlet of the shower floor was a bit blocked so water did not go fast and an inch of water was accumulated after shower. e paid extra for buffet breakfast and food quality is not that great

Très belle vue sur la mer depuis la piscine, personnel très agréable. Seulement il faut absolument entretenir le site, et faire un nettoyage des lieux plus poussé ( le sol n'est jamais balayé et frotté et les salles de bain ne sont pas faites). Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner et de la salle, pas entretenu non plus. Vraiment remettre au goût du jour l'établissement avec plus d'entretien, donnerait un sans faute à ce sublime hôtel. Merci encore pour l'accueil Langkawi.

Big bang for your buck
I was very surprised how nice everything was given the budget price! Staff was wonderful, breakfast and room service were tasty and what a great pool overlooking the Bass Harbour anchorage! My newest favorite hotel in Langkawi
