"I arrived at the country yard late. I called ahead of time, to make sure that they had my reservation. When I got there, they gave me a room that I did not pay for I paid for a room with a bed and a pull out sofa for my son. They give me a room with no pull out bed. When I went downstairs to tell them about the room, the staff told me they had no more rooms left and it was nothing he can do. Me, my husband and my son had to sleep in one bed, which was unacceptable. I should have gotten what I paid for. I will never stay at Country yard marriott again in Hampton Virginia again."

"Dogs barking for over an hour at 7am. Someone trying to kick a door open and owners of the dogs fight and yelling because the dogs pooped all over the room"
