"Great customer service and check in. Nice poolside restaurant. The grounds are very nice but needs more landscaping. A few areas of improvement: The doors inside the apartment did not close at all including the bathroom door, some other things needed repair inside, the sheets did not fit the bed properly, the blankets in the suite didn’t seem freshly washed. The pullout couch was ultra uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. "

"Hotel , bar and restaurant all fantastic, the only problem was the air con, its not individual room to room, its on a mass comunal system and only goes as cold as they set it, i tried to turn it down to as low as possible (19°), but it just shut off, i asked at reception to be told its regulated by them. "Staff very nice, hotel itself overall was very nice, sink was a bit clogged with hair in it, indoor pool was also broken. Roof pool was nice. Convenient parking space next to hotel. U can pay for parking when checking in. I think €17 per day"
