Could not fault, fantastic stay
Staff are amazing and so helpful, i was a little disappointed as had booked a pool view room but didnt get one, staff offered to change room on day three but we did not want the disruption, could not fault a thing. Great location, relaxing, food in the bar was lovely and reasonable would definitely recommend

Happy holiday break before Christmas
The staff we're very friendly and knowledgeable. The half board option worked well ,you could swap dinner for lunch should you need to eat earlier. Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate stopping again once this COVID issues are addressed and we can travel without ristrictions

Bine situé et très bon rapport qualité/prix
Hôtel très bien placé, accès à la plage à pied et proche de tous commerces et restaurants. Piscine agréable et spacieuse. Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible et serviable. Chambre avec vue agréable sur piscine, mais manque un peu de confort, notamment une très mauvaise isolation phonique et literie fatiguée. Très bon rapport rapport qualité/prix malgré tout.

Cheap and cheerful
Stayed with a friend for 5 nights. It is a small complex with a good sized pool and plenty of sun loungers. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small and basic but had what we needed. The bathroom was in need of some TLC and smelt of damp / drainage which wasn’t very pleasant but the shower was good. The room didn’t have any air conditioning which made night time very uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep. We went in October but would be unbearable in the summer months. Apartments are in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. Overall the apartment was cheap for our stay did the job but would need to stay in a complex with air con next time.

It’s was a lovely place to stay. Adult only so nice and relaxed. Pool was lovely and a great eating place for food/drinks linked to it. The location was perfect to beach of Playa Grande and Playa Chica. Highly recommend and although do like to try other places out wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again…bravo

Ninguna pega. Buen apartahotel de 3 estrellas
El apartahotel es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones con un diseño y decoración algo antigua pero en buen estado y cuidadas. Buen mantenimiento. El gimnasio estaba funcionando y tenías que apuntarte para no coincidir con nadie y tener la sala solo para ti. El restaurante está bastante bien, con buenos desayunos muy abundantes y variados a buen precio. Personal muy atento y amable.

Basic, clean apartments in good location between Strip and Old Town. Small complex and adults only with good-sized pool so not crowded and good for a quiet, relaxing holiday. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nous sommes arrivés tout début juillet , aprés ouverture des frontieres, l'accueil a été trés bien, le snack disponible permet de prendre des repas , par contre s'assurer de hures d'ouvertures. L'appartement est assez grand, la literie est bonne, le ménage est fait 2 fois par semaine, soit environ tous les 2 jours. La piscine est agréable, mais pas chauffée et froide, il faudrait juste un peu, ça permetrait d'en profiter beaucoup plus. Il faudrait juste un peu plus de vaisselle nécessaire que pour 2. Trés bien situé, à 10 mn a peine à pied de la plage "grande" et du spar ( petit rayon boucherie, charcuterie et fromage) un Lidl a 10 mn en voiture. L'hotel est à 15 mn de l'aeroport.

In overall terms the hotel was functional, well away from busy seafront strip, with a good well kept pool and popular bar/cafe area. Staff helpful at front of house and cleaners. Rooms were a little tired and needed a makeover especially sanitary wear and bath surround.

Einfach aber nett
Einfaches aber nettes Hotel. Zimmer wurden einfach renoviert, leider ist das Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt wenig gepflegt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch das Personal ist freundlich. Wifi gibt es kostenlos.

Lovely Hotel, perfect for a week of relaxation!
This was my second stay at Panorama and I’ve just booked to stay again in April 2020. I’ve stayed in the studio rooms with a pool view, which has two single beds, a sofa, a coffee table, bedside table, kitchenette, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. En-suite bathroom is as standard. Only thing of note is that you cannot flush toilet roll so there is a small bin for your toilet roll. Kitchenette is well stocked and perfect if you like to cook for yourself for most of your holiday: small fridge freezer, microwave, 2 hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all cutlery, crockery, pots/frying pan and utensils. All of this is lovely and clean and kept up to date - I had a knock on the door on day 2 and had the kettle replaced (it was clearly on their list as I didn’t request this!). Fridge freezer is roomy, microwave is standard size and hobs work well. There is also a pull out dining table hidden in the kitchen cupboard! Studio: beds are slightly hard but I like that, some might not. Sofa and table are lovely. There’s also a dressing table with a mirror. Balcony: I’ve always had a room on the left hand side of the hotel so I’ve gotten the sun in the afternoon and evening, which is lovely to sit out and have dinner whilst watching the sunset. Pool is great, quiet and no arguing over sun beds. Bar and kitchen is well stocked, closes at 8pm. Small gym is great if you want it. Staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Love it!

I spent 8 nights here and I couldn’t recommend it more! The room was clean and spacious and the staff could not have been any more friendly! Pool area is absolutely fabulous and the bar food in the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced! Will 110% be coming back and recommending to anyone and everyone

The property is so close to the main strip and the beach. The staff were really friendly especially the lady that does the morning shifts. The only thing is that I wished they would come in and change towels sheets more often in the week it only gets change 2 a week and if your only there a week it’s only 1 time a week.
