Excellent Service!
I stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!

Peace & tranquility
Love the peace and tranquility of The Nautilus. The accommodation is comfy, clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, near the beach & bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Cannot wait to return.

Turned up very late at night after our flight had been cancelled and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us (2 adults and 2 kids) plus 2 other families. Beautiful reception and gallery, fantastic breakfast and wish we'd had longer to enjoy the very spacious accommodation and lovely pool. Great location. Would love to go back.

The apartment was spacious with our own patio. The grounds were interesting and well maintained. We could walk to Matagorda and Pocillios beaches. The staff were very helpful.

This is a lovely complex, which I would without doubt be happy to return to if the pool was slightly warmer. The pool was the only disappointment but we booked specifixally to have a pool we could use in April, and this was not the case.

Great one night stay near the airport before flying home. Pool area is great and apartment was nice and spacious. Given location, planes are a little noisy flying over in the day.

Fourth time we have stayed at this establishment. Apartment was in a lovely position enjoying the sun all day. Very clean and well equipped. Convenient for local restaurants and sea front.

L'hôtel est situé à côté de l'aéroport, cette urbanisation de Matagorda est à éviter car les nuisances sonores sont très désagréables . Cet aparthotel est une réussite et est parfaitement adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Cependant les appartements sont désuets et méritent une rénovation. Belle piscine et pas de problème pr disposer d'une chaise longue à toutes heures.

Lovely Accommodation very well equipped. Beds super comfy. Polite staff. Supermarket reasonably priced however very close to other bigger supermarkets - bit cheaper. Got upgraded to a 2 bedroom Apartment which was around the swimming pool.

Situated in very quiet area except landing planes at near airport ( one km straight line away from Nautilus), which may be disturbing for sensitive people-for our family it was not a problem. 200 meters to beach and few km long promenade, good breakfast offer and cleaning service. Sunbeds around pool always available, pool was not heated in Nov when we were there. About 20 flats are situated around the pool rest are second and third row. All facilities are accessible by people with disability.

Excellent Nautilus.Lanzarote.
This is an excellent facility, so close to lots of amenities and the beach, staff so friendly and helpful. Also this is a very quiet facility every resident we meet was so pleasant. Room had great Wi-Fi and television was available, cleanliness was 110%. Not a single complaint.

Gemütlich und sauber
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Für 4 Personen ideal für einen erlebnisreichen Aufenthalt auf Lanzarote. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. In der Hotelanlage gibt es einen schönen großen Pool und einen Supermarkt. Frühstück kann man herrlich auf der Terrasse einnehmen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

schöne Apartmentanlageam in Strandnähe
Die Anlage in Matagorda ist sehr gut für Behinderte und Rollsthlfahrer geeignet, Alles ist bariierefrei. Ruhige angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider unangemehmer, fast ständiger Fluglärm vom nahen Flugplatz durch startende und landende Flugzeuge von 07 bis 22:30 Uhr.

Nautilus gjorde et godt inntrykk
Veldig bra sted for de som vil ha det stille og rolig, med god tilrettelegging for funksjonshemmede. Fine små leiligheter, daglig renhold og alt virker som det skal.Fem minutter å gå til nærmeste strand og senter for butikker og restauranter. Også et lite supermarked på hotellet. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Flyplassen ligger nærme, men sjenerte ikke oss. Lanzarote har friske vindforhold, så været varierte, men sol hver dag.

We had a lovely week stay with breakfast which was varied each day which was really good. The whole place was kept immaculate and the rooms had everything you would need for self-catering. All of the staff we met were friendly and for us most of all it was very peaceful and relaxing we will come back in the future.

Very Clean Hotel
Great hotel and very spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. The Dutch girl at reception was very professional and very good person. If you had a problem she would sort it out ASAP. The only negative was the breakfast was not very good.

Good but could be better if problems resolved
Stayed as a family of 4 from 20th-28th February 2018.Had 2 bed-roomed apartment. 2 single beds in one room and 2 single beds pushed together for us as a couple. Disappointed that it wasn't a double bed. Overall, I would rate Nautilus as good and booked following the rating reviews of 'Superb'. I don't really have any complaints but would give this advice. I wanted somewhere quiet to get over a recent bereavement and asked the hotel to accommodate that, which they did. However, it was a little too quiet for us and we just didn't see any people around after the sun went down. I found myself whispering, so as not to disturb other guests. Nautilus is in Matagorda and the entire place was just like a ghost town. I have never been anywhere so quiet. Maybe it was the weather but just SO weird. We had a few sunny days with temperatures of 23 degrees but not many. At night, it dropped to around 16 degrees and the wind made it cold. Our apartment didn't have any heating, so our boys were cold in their beds at times. There is absolutely no heating in the bedrooms and I would like to see this improved. It appears to me that air conditioning is free on Hotels.com website. However, this is an extra charge at the hotel but we obviously didn't need it. Again, there is a 2 Euro charge PER NIGHT for the safe and a 10 Euro deposit. There is a drying area for your cloths but it flooded our kitchen when it rained. Water tank too small and ran out of water for showers. Annoying. Staff friendly

Great accessibility for all
It was a small hotel which suited us well and our apartment was in a great location a few steps from the pool. The location was quite a bit out from the centre of Puerto Del Carmen, and quite a walk from the old town - which is well worth several visits. Lovely relaxing break. One exceptionally friendly & caring reception staff member (Avy) - unfortunately a few others who fell short of friendliness and genuine interest in making our holiday experience the best it can be. Well done and thank you Avy.

As always when we stay here,we had a fabulous holiday.A really relaxing complex,very well run and absolutely spotless.Friendly and pleasant staff throughout with excellent wifi in every bungalow.Its located in a quiet and peaceful area,close to the beach,restaurants,bars and shops.would have no reservations in recommending the Nautilus .

4 young guys staying for 5 nights
5 night stay in Lanzarote. Hotel was around a 20 minute walk to the main strip OR 4-5 mins in taxi. We used to call taxi from the hotel, would arrive in less than a minute and charge us €4-€5 euros to the centre. Airport is very close and took us less than 5 mins and €10 to the hotel. Staff were nice. A bit funny when we got asked to pay for fresh towels. Pool was nice, cold but enough to take a dip in. Breakfast was average. Hotel was quite with mainly older people staying here

Easter break in Lanzarote with family
A really great apart-hotel, staff are excellent, pool area really good, apartment was super clean and spacious. Only a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Family holiday
We were three adults and two kids (4 and 6 yo) in an apartment with two bedrooms (one adult slept in sofa bed). One bathroom with shower and toilet and one separate toilet. Our apartment was just by the pool (room 26) and it was perfect! There is a small playground next to the crazy golf (inside hotel premises) which is good when you have kids. Also, there is one right by the beach which is a couple of hundred meters away.
