"We stayed at apartment 7 for 6 nights and received a warm welcome from the host. She showed us our room, explained a few things and told us where to knock if we needed anything. 4/10 Poor

"Room needed a lot of maintenance, Shower didn’t drain and floorboards were lifting, creating yellow water all over the room. Temperature of the shower was either boiling or freezing. Beds were tiny and very hard and uncomfortable. Pool area was nice and bar staff were lovely. Food wasn’t great. Parking was good outside hotel, and taxi’s were easy to get to and from hotel. A disappointing stay."

"The Avala location was perfect! Beach, stunning pool and right next to old city. The hotel facilities were great and rooms had amazing views of the sea and old city. The Staff were exceptional! The Conceirge took care of car service, restaurant reservations and wonderful beach recommendations, he was terrific and made the stay perfect. The beach waiter service and spa staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the Avala and would definitely stay here again!"

"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"I really liked this hotel, ample rooms, nice pool, relatively close to the airport but very quiet, breakfast included. The only thing to consider is that to get there you drive through very narrow streets up a hill to a residential area, there’s not a lot of things to do around there, no restaurants or stores, so not all taxis are willing to pick you up to take you to the airport. We had a rental car so that was not a problem for us. I would however stay there again. Staff was very friendly also."

"From arrival the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with parking our car and bags, the room was in the residential building which was incredibly spacious, pool area and the marina is such a beautiful setting, the breakfast had lots of choice and changed each day slightly. Both of us commented that it’s one of the nicest breakfast we’ve had, loved the different salad choices. Equally we loved how easy it was to walk on the beach front to other areas. Great bar in the heritage building and the pool and evening meals we had in the Augusto restaurant was divine. The spa was also gorgeous and the gym overlooked the marina. Overall an incredible stay!"
