"This was our fifth stay at this property, and we had always been satisfied with the overall service. However, this time was a major disappointment, and I deeply regret booking this hotel. The food quality was extremely poor—especially the meat dishes, which were overly salty and completely inedible. It gave the impression that the meat was not fresh and may have been stored for an extended period. Compared to both our previous stays and other hotels, the variety of food was also very limited. Entertainment options were extremely lacking—there was literally no animation team present at all. Additionally, the rooms had a strong unpleasant odor, likely due to the lack of proper ventilation, as the WC fan was not functioning. The swimming pool was in poor condition, the jacuzzi was not functioning, and to make matters worse, we encountered blood-stained towels and bed sheets, which is completely unacceptable. If you’re looking to waste your time and money, then this is definitely the hotel to book. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend considering other options."

"Very had to explain yourself to them there don’t speak English, we stopped four night bed & breakfast, breakfast was served same items every day , so it we do boring eating same food for four morning. Not one item was different, found that so odd, we had to ask for water every day when it should replaced in the rooms daily "

"Visited in March from the US. Overall good experience. Friendly staff except for one at the reception. limited dining options. Buffet was amazing and was our default. Only one heated outdoor and an indoor pool available on winter schedule. Not worth a long trip from the US but a different flavor of 'All inclusives' compared to the Caribbean. "

"The room was acceptable, but the property itself was poorly maintained. The shower was broken, and the handwash dispenser had been filled with water. Housekeeping was provided only every three days, and breakfast was included only once for the entire stay, none of which had been mentioned when we booked the hotel. The hotel is not located near a beach as shown in the photos. The pools were dirty and open to guests. This was the least satisfactory of the three places we stayed in Turkey. In contrast, Antalya is a truly beautiful city and the best we visited in Turkey."

The staff are helpful and friendly. I have stayed twice in the last few weeks and the experience was consistent. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
