"The front desk was great on check in. They gave additional information about the area. The pool was under renovation which was disappointing but it will be beautiful when complete. The breakfast was excellent! There were so many choices, well stocked and delicious. There are a lot of options in the area for shopping and food."

"The Hotel was wonderful! The room was very well appointed, had everything we needed. It was beautifully furnished with high end finishings and attention to detail. The Breakfast was abundant and delicious and incredibly generous. The pool had an amazing view. The only issue with the pool was at the end of the day it got crowded and it was difficult to get a lounge chair. The best part of the hotel was the INCREDIBLE STAFF! They made every moment of our stay special. They remembered my note on my email about husbands birthday. They sent us a celebratory surprise the day of & made him feel like a superstar! After we left, I forgot a very important item in the room. They texted me before I even realized it! They arranged to ship it and I received it in 2 days time . Wow! "Great stay for our family of 4 , first time in Lisbon. Not in the center but we liked the location and the hotel was superb. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was great to start the day. We also enjoyed the roof top pool and bar to unwind after a busy day. Mall right across the street has a variety of nice shops. Would definitely return and highly recommend."
