The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like to mention Consantio, Themidis, Nico and especially the amazing Mirsini that seemed to hold the team together with her great charm. We would happily stay in Napa Hotel again. We had a fantastic room with our own pool, even though we didn't use it, as we ventured to the roof top bar/pool area its was lovely having the outside space to relax in for our own purpose. What an amazing hotel. The rooms are cute, modern and the rooftop view, pool and food and drinks were amazing. The staff was always polite and always helpful. The prices were great as well.
