Worst ever experience of my travel days. Hotel is having massive road works in front of the venue it’s noisy even during night time. No support or finding alternative provided by the hotel nor Expedia. Also outside season multiple amenities of the hotel not functioning or closed.

Det har været en god oplevelse på dette hotel. Værelserne blev gjort rent hver dag og personalet og meget søde og serviceminded. Morgenmadsbuffeten var supergod, der var lavet en masse på forhånd men du kunne også bestille specialeretter hvis du f.eks. ønsket noget andet, fx. en omelet. Vi kan kun anbefale dette hotel hvis man skal have en dejlig ferie på Cypern og man er ikke til så meget fest og ballade.

The staff is very friendly and nice, they even gave us the option of getting a soft drink in a bottle. However, there is a serious cleaning problem in the rooms - lots of hair in the room, in the shower room there are eyelashes stuck to the countertop of the person who was there before us, the towels are dirty, and it really disgusted us! We didn't even shower even though we arrived from a late flight! So even though the staff is friendly and the hotel is nicely decorated, the cleaning was very disappointing and it's a shame.

Decent hotel with large rooms and large double bed. Bathroom was very small with no place to put your grooming products as the sink area had no space. Worst thing was the WiFi which was Non-existent in the rooms!!! Location was near other nicer hotels with a nice promenade connecting the beachfront hotels. Bus stop outside but pavements are not finished. Food was quite limited at breakfast and dinner.

Zu den wirklich schönen Stränden muss man ca. 45 min Bus fahren. Dieser fährt recht unregelmäßig. Hotelstrand ist naja... Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Sauberkeit haben beides Luft nach oben. Ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio ist vorhanden.

Das Hotel ist ein kompletter Catfish. Die Fotos sind nicht vergleichbar, mit dem Ist-Zustand. Das Hotel liegt am Strand, jedoch ist der Strand komplett unbenutzt, da dreckig und extrem windig. Die Liegen+Schirme muss man separat bezahlen. Es hat KEIN Wifi in den Hotelzimmern!!!! Die Zimmer sind schmuddelig und die Bettwäsche+Frottierwäsche hatte Flecken. Das "Frühstücksbuffet" war unterirdisch und das Geschirr sah absolut nicht sauber aus. Für den von uns bezahlten Preis, ein absoluter Scam. Das einzig positive was ich berichten kann, die Putzfrauen waren nett und die Mitarbeiter an der Reception ebenfalls. Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren eher unfreundlich. Hätten wir die Möglichkeit gehabt, hätten wir das Hotel gewechselt. Sehr schade ums Geld.

This hotel was really not as expected. Overall very shoddy and tired looking. Bedroom and bathroom not clean. Towels grey and threadbare. The final straw was breakfast on plastic plates like a prison. We booked for a week and checked out after the first night.

Das Zimmer war nicht richtig sauber, das Bad war stellenweise gar nicht geputzt. Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde nochmals die Dusche geputzt, war danach besser aber nicht sauber. Siehe Fotos vorher - nachher. Möbel waren beschädigt. Flecken und Löcher auf Polsterungen und Bettlaken. Wir sind dann an den Pool gegangen, fast alle Liegen waren dreckig (Vogelkot oder anderer Schmutz), Müll ist herumgelegen. Das Abendessen das wir gebucht hatten (Halbpension) war sehr ernüchternd, Getränke bekamen wir auch keine (wurden nicht mal gefragt). Reis mit Erbsen und Mais, Karotten und Erbsen, Reis mit Scampi oder gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse, mehr gab es nicht. Für das Essen haben sie 18€ pP verlangt. Frühstück war das notwendigste da, wobei das Müsli alt war, aber ok. Wir haben mit Expedia Kontakt aufgenommen bezüglich der Probleme, weil wir das von einem 4 Sterne Hotel nicht erwartet haben. Außerdem waren die Fotos auf der Plattform und die Bewertungen so gut, das wir von dem Zustand des Hotels nur geschockt sein konnten. Expedia hat sich daraufhin mit dem Management in Verbindung gesetzt. Der Manager hat gesagt er würde sich bei uns melden um eine Lösung zu finden, was er nicht getan hat. Wir sind nach einem Tag abgereist in ein anderes Hotel. Es gab keine Einsicht vom Hotelmanagement noch eine Entschuldigung. Wir waren eine Nacht da und sie haben trotzdem alle 7 Nächte verrechnet. Wir hätten noch mehr Fotos, aber leider können wir nur 8 hochladen.
