I wrote to them requesting a late check out 2 days prior to arrival then reminded them on each day of my stay… they kept delaying their answer and neglecting my request until the last midnight night prior to my check out they never said it’s not possible… I said I am willing to pay extra for few hours of late check out… they didn’t decline and promised to get back to me in the morning. “We booked a premium room which required a phone call to understand the description. Booked it on the understanding that it had been refurbished but it was only partly refurbished with broken cupboards, low grade fittings and mixed crockery, only one knife and no tea towel to dry dishes. Water pressure was really low. Ants were a problem on check in and later during the stay. Provided with insect spray on first instance but on second instance it couldn't be found and we were told to buy our own....
