“We traveled to Fermiselle to trace my family roots as my great grandfather immigrated to Cuba from there in the 1920’s. To say that the manager was accommodating would be an understatement. He took me and my father to the house where my great grandfather and aunts lived. We drove around town talking to anyone who would remember the family. It was wonderful!! Not sure why no one installs solar water heaters on a nearby roof top to heat the pool as it would be fairly inexpensive investment. “The tour around the town is really interesting, if you get the opportunity to do the private tour I’d highly recommend it, we even went into backyards to check on the almonds drying, and picked figs off the tree to eat. So relaxing and quiet. Dinner and breakfast in the Restaurant was delicious and the service brilliant, The apartment has subdued lighting which fits with the room but might not be enough for everyone, we would stay here again if in the area.”

“I would have given it 10 out of 10 if it wasn't the lack of hot water during my husband shower when it was 2 degrees outside. He had to get out wet and have a shower in another apartment as there was no one to fix the issue at the time. The dinner and breakfast were amazing and the service from the waiter as well.
