Absolutely disappointing stay. From the moment we arrived, things were off. The room was not properly cleaned—there were visible stains, dust, and an overall musty smell that made it uncomfortable to even relax. The hotel is well situated in front of a large shopping center with several restaurants and bars. The breakfast has both delicious international and nicaraguan cuisine. The staff is very well trained and attentive. Overall our stay was great.
