"Staff was very nice. The breakfast was nice, and the serving staff was also very nice. The property can use some care though. The carpet in common areas is musty and dirty. The curtains are broken and irreparable, toilet door was completely removed."

"Pros: bus terminal around the corner, walking distance to central market, museums. Cons: ghetto area, homeless people, garbage in street, smells of urine outside area, extremely noisy inside/outside. Advised by local police not to walk around area after dark. On Tuesday morning March 10, 2026 I woke up with bites on back, arms, stomach and face. Asked staff to change bed linens which they did. Wednesday morning March 11, 2026 I woke up due to itching and discovered more bites on my thigh. I asked for a room change which they did. The manager emailed me respectfully that I should change my sleepwear as they have not had any issues with bedbugs since opening. After the insinuating and offensive email remark I Left 2 days earlier for another hotel. "

"I have never stayed in a hotel that does not have complimentary coffee maker, coffee and sweetener, and that the room shower is cramped. I called the front desk to enquire why there wasn't any coffee maker or complimentary coffee, and they said that the rate I paid was a basic room. I paid $101.00 plus local taxes per night. I am completely disappointed and will not use this property in the future. "

"The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. Since the rate was not refundable, I had to spend two nights in this condo. There were many problems: 1) The wardrobe: The broom, cleaning pot, and cleaning stuff were in the wardrobe where you were supposed to hang the coats. The second wardrobe could not be used because the rod was too high up. 2) The towels were of a cheap material and did not smell nicely. It was not pleasant to use them. 3) There was no hair dryer. 4) The owner left coffee but no coffee filter. So, I could not make coffee. 5) There was no sponge to clean dishes, no kitchen towel. In short. 6) The price: Another guest whom I met in the building paid half the price for a similar condo on a lower floor. 7) Misinformation: On the website, the owner claimed that the condo is on the top floor. It was on a high floor (10) but certainly not the top floor. 8) There was no café or restaurant in the immediate vicinity. 9) View: Across from the building, there is an ugly construction site. In short, my experience was negative. I do not recommend renting this condo."
