"The staff although were nice in some ways, but the reception staff lack experience and knowledge. Although I checked in online before arrival, I had to queue in a long line with other customers who didn’t check in online. That was because the online check-in counter staff was not available. The staff wanted to charge me the room fees again as he couldn’t locate the evidence of payment through Expedia. I refused to pay and had to escalate to a manager who could find my payment in the system. The inexperienced staff just acted as if nothing had happened. I recommend to avoid this hotel!"

"We wanted a couple of days in an authentic place away from the tourists. And we got it! This place is a fantastic find. Our suite was round the corner from the main residence. It was excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is so good. We are both in our early 70s and it was perfect. Yes, there are steps but we coped easily and yes, the roads nearby are narrow but that added to the authentic place we wanted. We hope to be back."

Breakfast was acceptable, but overall dining quality was below expectations. Overall, I’d rate it around a 3/5. If you’re a business traveler needing quick airport access, it does the job well. For a solo traveler looking for a more relaxed or enjoyable stay, there are better options."
