The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is in fair condition, at best. There was some small trash left in my room. It is definitely a low end location but it serves it purpose for a quick test stop

We came for business and this had what we needed for the weekend. A bed, ac, and a shower. If you’re picky about the location, it’s patrons or how new the actual building is then you might not like it but for us it was perfect for the price and the staff was nice and accommodating. I would maybe suggest new blankets, ours had a few holes and stains but I know they were clean just older.

Really average motel, located close to the strip offering free parking and a central location to explore Las Vegas. Noisy as can be and hardly any sleep due to people shouting and screaming on the balconies all night. Not clean, not dirty, just really average and about acceptable for a quick overnight. Wouldn’t use again.

It is kind of okay hotel. Staffs are not very helpful. Mattress almost slips from the bedframe. Not comfortable at all. They only provided 1 blanket for 2 beds and 3 people. Would not recommend it.

The only thing I liked is the flat screen TV, it's close to Denny's and the strip. It is across the street from MGM casino where I went to. I wish they had a better bed. It wasn't firm enough for me. The room is quite small. Since it's the summer, I stayed mostly inside during the day in front of the cooler and walking the strip at night.

great value , pool an added extra , great location 5 minutes walk to Strip and 5 minutes drive to airport even less walk to OYA or MGM , staff helpful though they wouldn’t store luggage after we checked out 8 hours before flight

The room was clean and restocked. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Air conditioning worked perfectly and there was tons of parking. Was a bit iffy about staying here at first but everything was clean and excellent had no trouble at all. Would stay here again if i were to go to vegas again:)
