"We had a fantastic stay here. The room was spacious, very clean and a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely little gym to use and a great breakfast buffet. Will happily come back when we are next in Katowice. "

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however we had to hand in the room key whenever we left which we felt a little uneasy about, and the shower drain was so blocked, the shower tray filled up very fast."

"Unfortunately, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the morning, the cleaners also appeared to forget that guests were still in the room sleeping. However, the reception staff were amazing. All the girls we met were very helpful and apologetic for the issues, even though stuff were beyond their control. Their professionalism really stood out. The location is very good."

"Didn’t get the VIP perks. Good location for easy stop for tram. However it can be noisy if room overlooking the tram tracks. Also lot of party people at the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Great choice, fast resupply of items, large choice. Fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious. Also a gym and a dry sauna. "
