"Property is nice just out dated. I requested and paid for a courtyard view suit with a balcony however I had a small room with a view of the roof. Could t see the courtyard or pool as requested. Staff was friendly but cost of everything high. "

"During our stay, we found that the room did not have a cooler or coffee maker and the nearby ice machine was broken, with a sign indicating that the lobby machine should be used instead. Unfortunately, the elevator was also out of service. We received a notification about the water shutdown shortly after checking in. Moreover, a spider was spotted on the bathroom floor, which could have been hazardous if not for the lighting. The bed and pillows provided were overly fluffy, and the noise upstairs was considerable. On the positive side, the building and lobby had a pleasing appearance, and the front desk staff were courteous."
